“My room was clean and comfortable, dust free. The entire staff were warm and welcoming. Breakfast was great.”

“First of all, I rarely write reviews, but I have made an exception this time in order to help anyone deciding to stay at this Microtel in North Canton, Ohio. My wife and I are in our 70's and we chose this hotel because it was close to Sluggers and Putters Amusement Park. While checking in at the hotel, my wife (jokingly) said to the clerk "We are taking a vacation from our dogs." The clerk rudely responded "No pets are ALLOWED". “Clean room and staff was polite and helpful.”

“Hotel was great only thing in the room we didn’t like was that the toilet was short and getting up from it was a hassle. They have Dove products in the bathroom which we liked. Also very convenient having a microwave in the room even though there’s a restaurant with a bar inside the hotel. Very nice hotel book it, you won’t be disappointed.”

“The room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming.”

First we purchased a 2 bdrm king size beds suite. That room does NOT exist but I paid for it. So we were forced to downgrade to one king one double bed. Mind you we received no discount, credit, or even an apology for the misrepresentation of the property and Expedia. As if that wasn’t bad enough we had NO heat in the……
