“We stayed in room 122. Unknown to us. The room was near a public restroom. All night long the door slammed from individuals going in and out. An easy fix would be adjusting the gas shock to soften the door closure, or at minimum add rubber bumpers to stop the loud bang every time someone enters or exits. Horrible experience.”

“Location is great. Lots of food choices. Kroger and Walmart are close. A VERY important warning. Please make sure a good and valid payment card is on the Expedia App. EVEN if you choose the pay at location option. It is not always honored. So if you have to change or update your debit or credit card please check it. When we got there after double checking everything but the card, our reservation was canceled without notice and still showing good on the app. It was a miserable 30 minutes. It cost……

“Room smelled of urine and floor was so dirty that we had to buy cleaning supplies to clean and sanitize the room”

“No one at desk when we got there. Had to make noise to locate one. The elevator was making a terrible noise and jumping around so they told us not to use it. We were on the 3rd floor. Floors were dirty. Air didn’t work right. Hairdryer didn’t work so went to desk for another one. Juice was terrible. Restaurants were close by. ”

“Absolutely disgusting room and was told they would move me to a different room with a king bed and a pull out couch and the bed in the couch wouldn’t even pull out and the lady staff member couldn’t even open it. Then they refused to give me a refund after I could. It even stay there. The man on staff in the morning was very unprofessional and rude. Would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone!”

“Unfortunately, this was the only hotel caused me a problem during my roadtrip from Toronto to Houston. They did double charge on my credit card over Expedia charge which is not good at all. I don't need involve their payment and charging issues. It is waste of time. thanks.”

“Very poor service for the astronomical amount you pay to stay at this resort. I was there for 4 days and 3 nights and my room was never serviced. Dirty room for 2 days. Restaurant choices are super expensive. You are stuck. No breakfast menu just buffet. $61 for 2 people. + tip. Service SLOW. The shuttle drivers and the attendants out front on the other hand were super nice and friendly. The hotel itself is beautiful-they offer a movie every night in a spectacular theater that is nice for……

“Everything was great but the elevator to the Lookout at the top of the Pyramid was down due to renovations. Little disappointed we weren't informed of that during the booking process. Other than that we had an awesome stay”
