“Where do I start. First of all, the neighborhood is safe, very quiet, and friendly. The host was always available if I needed anything. Completely renovated, excellent like the photos. Nice park and playground right across the street. Location was perfect, right in the middle of Jacksonville and Swansboro, with a mini mart a mile down the road, they close at midnight fyi. Would 100% recommend and will be booking again on my next visit. -B.A.M.”

“I made a reservation for 3 for 2nights. There were 2 big towel sets only, no floor mat towel, and small towel for clean vanity area. And shampoo bottle empty. Staff was not that kind to me, overall I am disappointed this stay in Swansdoro location.”

“First A HUGE COCKROACH- WIDE AND LONG- 2 INCHES LONG AT LEAST 1 INCH ACROSS RAN RIGHT BY THE LOBBY DOOR BEFORE I COULD EVEN GO IN. THEN, we had reserved a room with a jetted tub. Except they don't have an elevator & the room was on the 2nd floor. So they relocate is to the first floor. They tell us there is NOTHING they can do (no amount off or coupon for an extra night) because it was booked through EXPEDIA. I get in the room. I have VIDEO of a cockroach on the tub AND some other bug crawling……
