"Lake Quinalt Lodge is a spectacular gem of the pacific northwest. The setting is magical. The staff is well trained, friendly and helpful. After many years of business and personal travel, I've noticed the simple amenities like free coffee and hand lotion are missing. Free coffee is offered in the room if you like the 1 cup brew packets, but I like drip coffee and that was 3.00 from the restaurant. It's hard to please everyone. Overall I highly recommend the lodge and restaurant. incredible views, hiking and nature experience. enjoy"

"The front desk gal that checked us in was super nice. The pool and hot tub were wonderful! We were the only ones in them when we were there and that was probably the best part. It made sitting in the hot tub peaceful! We stayed in a suite. For being a suite apart from it being big, wasn't as luxurious as you'd expect. The bed was not really comfortable. Just a basic room with extra space. I did tell my husband we should have just gotten a regular cheaper room! In my opinion paying suite prices, you should at least have a little more than a regular room. Nicer coffee options or at least powder creamer that isn't as hard as a rock would have been a bonus. Overall, I'd definitely stay again just definitely not spend the extra on a suite. The lobby is beautiful, the other floors need updating."
