“Clean Room”

“It showed a Continental breakfast each morning. The woman at the desk stated that they don’t do that anymore! Ithink I should get a rebate for having to buy my own breakfast when I thought I’d paid for one.”

“Every thing was wonderful! Jennifer R. Was awesome at check in so sweet and helpful! I was traveling with my 87 year old mom and Jennifer showed me where the coffee was for my mom and was so accommodating!! It was a great experience!!”

“This location was delightful! We arrived late and the pool was still open so the kids could get their road trip energy out. There were delicious cookies, the staff were ALL so kind and friendly, and the view over the lake was exceptional. Great stay, delicious breakfast, and 25 hr coffee. Happy parents, happy kids.”

“I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. The room was extremely disappointing. There were spider webs all over the ceiling, making it obvious that the room hadn’t been properly cleaned in quite some time. The baseboards throughout the entire room were covered in dirt and dust, which only added to the feeling that cleanliness was not a priority. To make matters worse, there was no hot water, so taking a shower was not an option. The bed sheets……

“The room was clean as expected, bed was comfortable so were the pillows , what needs to be improved the bath tub faucet leaking water , the bath room was very dark needs more lights , The room it self could be a bit brighter hard to see when packing or unpacking. “They so not carry ice. You have to ask for a hair dryer or iron and ironing board. You get a tiny bar of soap to use between the sink and shower. You provide everything you need. They provide nothing. Expensive to not get anything. ”
