Just Fantastic! The entire staff is amazing and very professional from the check in to check out. Because we booked with Expedia we’re were directed to a personalized check in area were they explained everything about the facilities and VIP status benefits. We were upgraded to a fantastic elite room and they sent us a bottle of wine for our anniversary. The breakfast buffet at Lagos is very good with lots of options. We also enjoyed the food at Minitas Restaurant, La Piazzeta, Causa at the Marina and la Caña Restaurant and Bar. We were delighted with all the facilities at this resort and we are looking forward to expend another vacation in the near future at Casa de Campo again.

Todo muy bien!! El staff en general muy amable y servicial. Los toboganes muy bien tambien. Excepto uno blanco abierto que tiene curvas, que si lo tomas con impulso puedes salirte. Si quieren jugos naturales/ batidos de frutas deben solicitarlo en el desayuno y te lo preparan, de lo contrario

I like this property. I had a problem with the lady renting me the apartment. It was a big property and I tried to get clarification but she was very un accommodating and rude. On day of check out I tried to ask why I was moved last minute as soon as I arrived to the country they changed my reservation and only told me once I arrived to property. The place was very beautiful but I was disappointed with the lady I communicated with. She was unprofessional and did not want to help at all
