“ Resort was great, staff wasn't the friendliest ”

“Breakfast was in another location (10 min walk), no coffee/drink with it, as well as after 9 am . All that would be good to know. Staff was super helpful. ”

“Le wow de cet hotel c'est qu'il y a deux petits complexes. Un sur la rue principale et un sur la beach. Donc quand tu loue sur la rue principale - 15 minute de marche pas vraiment agréable car parmis les centaines de motos, bus et taxis, mais si on passe le plaisir de la marche c'est ok. On a donc acces a la place du 2e complexe c'est super. Sinon pas vraiment propre juste pas degueu. Dejeuner inclu etait correct. Prenez omelette dominicaine delicieuse, Café a volonté, un seul plat par personne.……

“Very disappointing! This is actually a motel, not a hotel. It is located in a rundown residential neighborhood, and unsafe area. There are multiple empty lot on the street where houses haven’t been built. Many of these empty lots are trash dumping ground. There’s no reception area. You have to ring the bell from the street which is answered by the caretaker of the property who does not speak English at all. Therefore, communication is extremely challenging in case you have a question or need……

“Couldn’t use the ac because it kept leaking water all over the floor. Didn’t stay the whole duration while here. I had to leave to another hotel to feel more comfortable. ”

“Pool was dirty, we had to wait 30 minutes for the staff to clean the room even though we arrived at 3pm (check in time ) they didn’t provide soap, and the AC wasn’t working good. Shower was rusty. It looked nice on the outside. ”

“This is the property that i booked but i actually changed properties the second night. We stayed at the maple beach property it was right next to the beach, close to the excursion pickups/dropoffs. The hotel staff were nice, the hotel security was nice and helpful, the host is the same person for both properties he is amazing, very accommodating, very nice person, his communication is great, and he is very helpful. The property sits next to good dominican restaurants, convenient stores and even……

“This hotel offered exactly what I was looking for in a comfortable and well-located stay. Part of studio suites were modern and had thoughtful amenities that made the stay easy. Apartments and villas were cozy, spacious, and great for groups. I loved the lush garden surrounding the property, which made the environment feel peaceful.”
