“Everything was perfect the food was really good we payed for the morning breakfast and then we got the check thinking we still had to pay and then they reminded us it was free it was just a receipt and returned the money which other people would have just kept it but the staff was perfect everything was really nice ”

“Would not recommend. 1) Charge for lost pool towels. First day had my towel stolen from the chair when we were a couple feet away in the pool. 2) Have a cocktail menu, but most of the bartenders don't know how to make the majority of the drinks on it. 3) Have a beer menu with 4-5 beers, but when asked, only 1 was ever available. 4) Had to wait over an hour for our food at the Mexican restaurant, which requires reservations. 5) Ceiling started leaking on second day. Reported it to the front……

“Couldn’t use the ac because it kept leaking water all over the floor. Didn’t stay the whole duration while here. I had to leave to another hotel to feel more comfortable. ”

“Very disappointing! This is actually a motel, not a hotel. It is located in a rundown residential neighborhood, and unsafe area. There are multiple empty lot on the street where houses haven’t been built. Many of these empty lots are trash dumping ground. There’s no reception area. You have to ring the bell from the street which is answered by the caretaker of the property who does not speak English at all. Therefore, communication is extremely challenging in case you have a question or need……

“Pool was dirty, we had to wait 30 minutes for the staff to clean the room even though we arrived at 3pm (check in time ) they didn’t provide soap, and the AC wasn’t working good. Shower was rusty. It looked nice on the outside. ”

“Le wow de cet hotel c'est qu'il y a deux petits complexes. Un sur la rue principale et un sur la beach. Donc quand tu loue sur la rue principale - 15 minute de marche pas vraiment agréable car parmis les centaines de motos, bus et taxis, mais si on passe le plaisir de la marche c'est ok. On a donc acces a la place du 2e complexe c'est super. Sinon pas vraiment propre juste pas degueu. Dejeuner inclu etait correct. Prenez omelette dominicaine delicieuse, Café a volonté, un seul plat par personne.……

“This is the property that i booked but i actually changed properties the second night. We stayed at the maple beach property it was right next to the beach, close to the excursion pickups/dropoffs. The hotel staff were nice, the hotel security was nice and helpful, the host is the same person for both properties he is amazing, very accommodating, very nice person, his communication is great, and he is very helpful. The property sits next to good dominican restaurants, convenient stores and even……

“They take 120$ deposit for electricity, tell me that will return when I will check out, then never return and never answer to my calls and messages!”

“The name is called Gardenia Apartments. We couldn’t find it when we arrived as the place was never mentioned by the agent I was talking to. He wasn’t answering my calls too when we arrived. And electricity bills should be paid by guests which will be charged before checking in. ”
