“Staff was not friendly. Terrible and slow service. Hot tub didn’t work. Butler was mean. Workers hitting on young girls constantly. Drinks were genuinely disgusting and 3/4 full of liquor to where it was undrinkable. Got a drink at the pool bar and watched the entire staff congregate by the blender while they were making our drinks and watched the bartender take a spoon and dig something out of the blender, and proceeded to give us the drinks with PLASTIC IN THEM???? Genuinely just bad. I do not……

“Very disappointing! This is actually a motel, not a hotel. It is located in a rundown residential neighborhood, and unsafe area. There are multiple empty lot on the street where houses haven’t been built. Many of these empty lots are trash dumping ground. There’s no reception area. You have to ring the bell from the street which is answered by the caretaker of the property who does not speak English at all. Therefore, communication is extremely challenging in case you have a question or need……

“Pool was dirty, we had to wait 30 minutes for the staff to clean the room even though we arrived at 3pm (check in time ) they didn’t provide soap, and the AC wasn’t working good. Shower was rusty. It looked nice on the outside. ”

Apartments and villas were cozy, spacious, and great for groups. I loved the lush garden surrounding the property, which made the environment feel peaceful.”

“Garden area was beautiful and peaceful, with plenty of greenery and well-kept spaces. Swimming pool was refreshing and perfect for relaxing throughout the day. I enjoyed how close the hotel was to the beach, just a short walk to the Caribbean Sea and its calm waves.”
