"Room was very good, we are seniors so they put us right close to the beach. The territory is large but there were convenient electric carts that we used to go to the main lobby area for breakfast. The restaurants were really good and we liked the food. we stayed in early February so construction was not finished near the beach. We would like to thank Rafel for being very helpful. He booked all our restaurants for us, explained the hotel and area, and got us a doctor when we had a medical emergency. He also made sure to put us in one of the villas near the beach so that it would be easier for us to walk, and he downloaded the app for us. Staff overall was very kind and brought us tablets with the menu when we struggled with the menu qr codes. The hotel is not super accessible from a digital perspective since all the restaurants have to be booked in the app (and dinner bookings are mandatory!), all the menus are in the app, the room service are in the app, and we could never get the restaurant qr code to work for us. "

"The staff aren’t very friendly in all places and not all have great English, tips are expected to get better/friendly service. Our server at the sports bar was very unpleasant. Several people in my group had issues with their rooms, but ours was great! Housekeepers were very friendly, and easy check in. The resort itself was huge and close to the water! Food was average, and drinks were great :)"

"Our third visit here was, once again, a delight. Bed was good, AC worked well enough. The 2.5 mile walking loop we did through all four resorts each morning was like walking through a well manicured botanical garden. The food, mostly, was excellent. However they cannot grill a good steak anywhere, most are 1/2” thick. Duck at La Boheme was fantastic, as was Sumptori. And taking lunch on the beachfront at Helios was a spectacular setting. And the people here, especially both Cindy and Valentine in the front office, were just so nice, helpful and kind. Also, having an amazing beach to walk for miles was a pleasure!"
