“Fantastic, couldn’t have been more accommodating, stayed here as was competing in Scottish half marathon, house just across the road from finish line!! Also bus outside the house to head directly to Edinburgh where we enjoyed the Fringe festival. Alice went out of her way to ensure we had a fantastic weekend, highly recommend.”

“We stayed in ‘Valentine’. The room was very clean, spacious and well equipped. The decor was beautiful and perfectly complemented such a beautiful townhouse. The location was great to explore Leith with its many bars, restaurants and coffee shops, but also very convenient for the tram into Edinburgh centre.
We will definitely be going back to 3 Johns Place.”

“Owners were super friendly and easy to get a hold of although I never saw them. The only recommendation I would have is they need new pillows. Other than that, it was a 10 out of 10 accommodation. Very convenient to being on the bus route also.”

“Lovely little hotel with a guest house feel. We had an issue with the shower which was sorted really quickly.
The staff very lovely and very attentive. The person who fixed the shower made a point of checking we were happy which was great.
