“We had a great stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Cleveland/Independence. The staff was very friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. “Our stay started out not so well. We were quick check in (a plus), staying g Friday thru Sunday, but, when we got to our room, the air did NOT work nor dis the safe. My husband went down to the desk and told them and he was told someone would be there shortly. Indeed he was there in 5-10 minutes. He tried to fix both the air and the safe and no luck with either one. He said we will get you a other room. He went down to the front desk told them the issue and came back with 2 new room keys and we……
