"We were there for a quick weekend and enjoyed the close proximity to the beach. Easily walkable! Great overall location too. Close to Clearwater beach, restaurants, and coffee. Beds and couch were comfortable. Thanks for a great stay!"

"This property accomodated 5 adults and 4 kids quite well! The extra blow up beds did come in handy a few nights. It was spacious, the kitchen was well equipped which allowed us to enjoy many home cooked meals.There were enough beach toys, chairs and umbrellas for everybody! And the extra kid floaties were convenient for the little ones.All of our clothes came home clean because of the washer and dryer. We loved the PSTA Trolley. The mode of transportation allowed us to venture to Clearwater and St. Pete at the economical cost of 2.25 per adult and kids free. We'd do it all over again :)"

"This place was perfect for my girlfriend and I. It was a very short walk to the beach and we were able to watch the sunset over the gulf all 4 nights we stayed. The owner was very helpful with recommendations and making sure we were happy. We will be staying here again if we come back to Indian Rocks Beach"

"Booking, arrival and checkout were all very easy. The condo was spacious, well stocked with cookware, dinner ware, etc.. It was nice to have the cart for luggage and groceries. Huge washer and dryer.Most importantly, it was very clean. I walked around in stocking feet and my socks stayed white.We prepared Christmas dinner for 9 and had plenty of pots, pans, and serving dishes. Three year old grandson loved the pool!We left a message for owner and received an immediate response. Very enjoyable stay. Would recommend. Thank you. "

"This place is a little gem. Plenty of room for 4 or 12. Private, quiet, great location. Loved the kitchen but within walking distance to several cute little places for dinner or a snack. The beach is literally across the street. Also good location for going to several other beaches and locations without a long drive. Host was attentive and welcoming. "
