"Front desk staff was nice enough to allow us to check in early which we really appreciated. This is a pet friendly hotel which is why we selected it and they even have pet treats at the front desk which was sweet. Our room was comfy and clean and parking was free and ample. Overall, we had a great experience!"

"The room I walked into with it being a smoke free facility smelled and reeked of cigarettes and I have 3 kiddos who were with me . I went down and spoke with staff all they did was give me room freshener spray but when I went up to spray I then found a literal dog poop on the floor next to the bed where you can see some smudged into carpet and some just sitting there I told my kids don’t unpack anything went downstairs and showed the picture the cleaning lady tried to say she cleaned the room I said if this room was actually cleaned you would have seen that poop she said “where did you find it” I said out in the open next to the bed . We got changed rooms but after that I felt disgusted and so uncomfortable. The next room smelled better and had no poop but out bathroom door wouldn’t shut our shower doors wouldn’t stay closed they kept sliding open when showering our sink would drain properly and don’t get me started on how green that pool was when I took the kids . Overall I will never stay at this hotel again !"

"Unfortunately, on this trip we experienced several issues that made our stay disappointing. The first at check-in when the receptionist told me she could not find my reservation. After several minutes, she eventually located it, but the interaction made it seem as though my check-in was an inconvenience to her. This was surprising, as we have stayed at this property and neighboring Marriott properties for over 30 nights per year and have never been treated this way.Later, our room was extremely cold, so we requested two blankets. Rather than having them brought to the room, we walked to the front desk to get them ourselves. We were given one blanket and told they would check if another was available. I was honestly surprised that a hotel would have difficulty providing something as basic as an extra blanket. Eventually, we were able to get a second blanket, but the process was inconvenient and unexpected. The most concerning issue happened when I received an unexpected $80 charge from Marriott as soon as we got to the room. The room was prepaid through Expedia, and I had only authorized the standard deposit amount. However, when I called, no one was able to explain why the $80 charge was placed on my account. An unauthorized charge without any explanation is extremely frustrating and concerning.We have always enjoyed staying here and have typically had very positive experiences, which is why these issues were disappointing."

"The staff is nice I can say that. However the individual and or family staying above me which I assume is room 205 was playing a horn or some sort of horn instrument 1:30 pm in the afternoon the first day of my stay. Which, I found to be rude staff was helpful in rectifying the issue. The food that is served could be a lot more better for the price you are paying to stay there and i didn’t like that paper plates and plastic utensils were used as well. It’s not that many patrons in my opinion to be using paper plates and plastic utensils and it made my stay feel cheap if that makes sense. Purchase of breakfast during stay i would bypass and go to the nearest ihop or dennys for a better breakfast experience I didn’t know the Marriott was literally next door which is where I will be staying for future trips to the area. And if possible you should try putting families with children housed on one side of the hotel and individuals without kids on the other side children are so noisy and lack self awareness hearing kids all hours of the day when you just want to relax was kinda annoying for me but it’s a nice hotel for I’d say families"

"The room was clean, but my stay was not the best. The person staying across the hall allowed her child to run laps up and down the hallway, screaming and banging on doors. The mother was shouting down the hall and threatening her daughter that she would lock her out of the room and slamming the door, saying that she’s going to let someone murder her if she didn’t get in the room. All of this was at 6am. I figured I would get up because sleep was impossible and went down to get breakfast around 6:45. There wasn’t any breakfast, there was some cereal and coffee. I went by the front desk to talk about the situation upstairs and they said “it’s a difficult situation” and nothing was done about it. The hallway was full of food and cookies and coffee grinds. I was also locked out of my room in the early morning and my key card randomly didn’t work."
