“We enjoyed our visit to Gainesville and staying at this cute VRBO. We were missing some necessities, and the admin was very responsive to take care of them. The place was clean, comfortable, and we appreciated the kitchen being well-stocked. We did read a review before saying to bring an ext. cord for the bedroom bc the outlets weren’t close to the nightstands, and we’re glad we did that. We also appreciated the big TV and the pool being so close to the condo. Our kids enjoyed movie times and……

“The condo is very nice and in a very convenient location close to everything. It is on the third floor which was a little tiring to climb all those stairs every day as we are in our 60’s, but it was pretty quiet. ”

“We checked in here to escape hurricane Milton and couldn’t be happier with our choice! It had everything we needed and provided a peaceful home away from home! Communication with our host was perfect and when we decided to extend our stay for an extra day, they were very helpful! The duplex is close to stores, the University, and anything else you would want! We really are glad that we found this place…and it was our first VRBO experience!”

“This condo was in the perfect location for an easy walk to and from UF campus. Response from the property manager was excellent, timely, and offered assistance when needed. Nightly rate was phenomenal in comparison to other lodging around and I would book this condo again in a heartbeat over everything else in the area!”
