Great spring break

Our family of 5 stayed during Spring Break and really enjoyed the house. There was more than enough space to spread out and relax! The location is ideal - convenient to everything at the resort - and the owner was very responsive to our questions. I love that the community has an established noise policy so it’s very quiet all night long. We would definitely stay here again!

137 Grand Pavilion Stay

My family had the most wonderful trip and comfortable stay in 137 Grand Pavilion. The house was equipped with everything we needed and it was in the most absolute perfect location. Would definitely recommend and would book again! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Great location

This was the perfect place for our family to gather to celebrate 5 of our family’s birthdays, ages 5-84. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a meal or two. Location amd access to beach was perfect for all ages.

Great Vacation

We just returned from a stay at this property and our party of six had a great experience. The property manager was very responsive and friendly. The home was exactly as described and the updated rooms were well-appointed and comfortable. The location is perfect and the Wild Dunes amenities are a plus. We would definitely return.

Beautiful Home and Location

The location of this home was so convenient to the beach, pools and all the shops near Sweetgrass. My niece, Hayden Wilson, is an artist at The Gallery at Sweetgrass and we were able to visit the gallery and dine at all the restaurants near there. The furniture was beautiful and I enjoyed sitting on the porch each morning and evening. We can’t wait to come back!

Awsome family time

The property was perfect for our entire family. The beach and pool were easily accessible and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Plenty of family friendly activities within a few minutes walk.

So good we stayed a second time!

This continues to be a great place to stay. There were improvements and updates since our last visit including new furniture with ample seating in the sunroom and new chairs in the porch and new flooring. Nicely decorated. Great location with a short walk to the beach and pools. Kristin the manager is very responsive and helpful!

Great Wild Dunes house!

Such a treat to stay at Kristin's lovely home. Clean, well maintained and well furnished for a group. Resort amenities were steps away. Six friends had a wonderful long weekend!! Thank you for your help, advice and flexibility!

Great house and location!

We had a wonderful week at this house in Wild Dunes. We were amazed how close we were to the pool and beach, and it was easy for our kids to go back and forth on their own. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The owner was easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend staying here!

Long Weekend

Great location and space for 4 couples. Stair carpeting and upper bedroom carpeting worn (I believe slated to be replaced soon) but overall house is very clean. Property Manager responsive to concern we had upon arrival.

Fabulous property

We enjoyed our long weekend with out of town friends and their children. The house is just off the boardwalk at Wild Dunes. It is convenient to everything: steps from two pools/ patio bar, beach, restaurants,tennis,bike rentals. The home is nicely decorated and the beds are quite comfortable. The contact folks are responsive and helpful . Highly recommend,

Well designed 4 BR/4 Bath home close to resort amenities (beach, pools, etc.).

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. Excellent location. The only negative in the home was the the upstairs carpet probably in need of replacement. And the Grand Pavilion pools were not heated as I was told by Wild Dunes resort staff via a phone call earlier this year. Minor issues. Again, thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Excellent Family Stay!

We had a WONDERFUL time in this clean, well-arranged, perfectly-located beach home. Kristin was very easy to work with (and babies-away rentals were wonderful as well). The kitchen was well stocked, bedrooms with large with comfortable beds, and the storage both in and outside worked well for our group. Access to the pools was also very nice as we spent mornings on the beach (which was an easy walk only one row away with no roads to cross) and post-toddler-naps at the pool. We all commented that we would absolutely rent here again. Thank you Kristin!

Staycation

This condo is exceptional, plenty of space in Wild Dunes. Condo was immaculate! Next to the beach and close to all of the amazing resort amenities. Staff couldn’t have been nicer or more personable. Special thanks to the nice lady in the boutique at the Sweet Grass Inn! She was so welcoming and kind with our purchases!! Also thank you to the nice lady that would bring me a cup of coffee to go every morning! I 100% recommend this property!!

IOP Beach Time

We had a wonderful time at the beach while staying at this property. The setup worked very well for our group of eight. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach, pools, and Wild Dunes amenities. The host was very attentive and gracious, going above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. We had a minor situation with the previous renters locking the room where the beach chairs were stored. The host quickly made arrangements to get the door unlocked the next day and paid for chair and umbrella rental for the first day since we didn’t have immediate access to the beach chairs. The gesture was much appreciated. Thanks for making our beach trip a success!
