Featuring two bedrooms, 7 C Mariners Walk is a fantastic vacation destination that recently has seen many upgrades, including a renovated kitchen, bathroom enhancements, updated furnishings and fresh paint.
The screen porch is clearly one of the best features of 7 C Mariners Walk, which steps down to a lush lawn and wonderful swimming pool complex. Just past the pool, the wooden walkway takes you down to one of the best stretches of beach in Wild Dunes! No elevators, no walking around the building, no crossing a street; your family can grab their sunscreen and beach towels, and step right off the screen porch to the pool and then to the beach!
7 C Mariner’s Walk living area has been updated, offering a delightful place for your family to come together following a wonderful day at the beach. Comfortable seating for everyone, the living room has a large flat screen television, plus direct access to the screen porch. The kitchen has new stainless appliances, cabinets and a granite countertop. Seating for six is provided at the dining room table, plus additional seating on the screen porch.
The master bedroom features a king bed, updated private bath, flat screen television and direct access to the screen porch. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and direct access to a renovated bath. Additional sleeping is provided in the living room with a queen size sofa bed.
Additional Amenities Include:
• High speed internet with Wi-Fi. • Text and email status updates of accommodations on arrival date. • Full size washer and dryer. • Access to the Mariner’s Walk Swimming Center. • Charcoal grills are featured at Mariner’s Walk. • Parking for two cars, with one assigned parking spot. • Linens and bath towels are provided, as well as starter supplies including soap, shampoo and paper products.

All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking. - From May-September, guests will need a pool pass for Mariners Walk pool access. (Not needed off-season.) The pools are open year round but are not heated. - Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Fireplaces are not for guest use. - Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes. - Guests have access to the Mariners Walk pool, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.
*Parking Details:* - There is one designated spot and then one first come first serve spot for the guests at this unit. - To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Passes will be emailed to the guest before their arrival. ---

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
