Welcome to The Blue Crab! Newly remodeled home has gorgeous high-end finishes while maintaining classic Lowcountry vibes. This home boasts 3 bedrooms plus a sleeper sofa so there’s plenty of sleeping options for friends and family. King bed in primary suite, two Queen beds in 2nd bedroom, and 2 sets of bunk beds for the kids! The 2nd bathroom has a soaking tub that you’ll never want to leave! The main living area has seating for everyone in this open concept plan - a large sectional sofa, dining table for 6, plus extra seating at the kitchen bar. Beautiful electric fireplace steals the show in the living room beneath the large screen TV, and the adjoining sunroom is the perfect spot for reading or enjoying your morning coffee or evening beverage! All this and only minutes to one of the most beautiful private beaches on the East coast. Located in Wild Dunes Resort - the ONLY 5-star resort in SC! Bring your friends and family to this stunning home for a vacation you’ll never forget!

The home is located on Isle of Palms where you can find a grocery store, gas station, multiple restaurants, shops, the Isle of Palms rec center, the Isle of Palms County Park, and beach bars. This home is a 7-10 minute walk to the beach or quick drive. Isle of Palms is approximately 25 minutes away from downtown Charleston which is famous for its shopping and history, particularly on King and Market Street. Isle of Palms has year round activities including kayaking, award winning golf courses, paddle boarding, and more. Our company prides itself on making guests feel at home and comfortable while on vacation. For additional information or specific questions, please put in an inquiry for your desired dates.

Cleaning information: At this property we provide starter "essentials" like a hotel, but we don't have the maids come back each day to restock what was used. In addition to the complete professional cleaning between guests, we provide one bar of soap per bathroom, one small shampoo per bathroom, two rolls of TP per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, hand soap for the sink, two trash bags, and fresh linens for all beds. We also leave two bath towels and two hand towels per guest the home sleeps. We do not provide beach towels or chairs.

*Wild Dunes does not allow guests from "other rental agencies" to use their amenities so there is not access to a pool at this property. There is a rec center on 27th Avenue outside of Wild Dunes that has tennis courts, pickleball courts, a soccer field, baseball field, and basketball courts. The fire code does not allow grills for guests.

Perfect Home Base

We stayed here for my daughter’s college graduation and it was the perfect home base for our family celebration. The great room was ideal for gathering, and the place was spotless and comfortable. The host was a fantastic communicator and went above and beyond with local recommendations, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay here. Fresh and clean. Super cute. Great location, we rode bikes all around the island and to the beach every day. Would highly recommend staying here, it was perfect.

Wonderful Getaway!

This charming up to date house was perfect for the 3 of us. It was clean with plenty of towels and toiletries provided. We appreciated knowing beforehand that only a few trash bags, paper towels and toilet paper would be provided. The location is very close to the entrance on a quiet residential street with plenty of outdoor lighting and parking for 2 cars. We loved our time over Christmas in this beautiful house and plan to return again! Robert was the perfect host!

Great location!

Our family had a great time! Short walk to the beach, pools and tennis. Rental does not come with a pass to enter pools, tennis courts etc, only thing that could’ve made our stay better.

The house was immaculate and spacious! Easy walk to the beach and close to downtown with nice restaurants and bars on the beach. The host was very helpful and we had no issues with anything! Plenty of beds for up to 8-10 people and everything was very nicely updated. Would definitely come back!

Nice Gated Condo

We booked the Blue Crab for a Girls Trip with 6 women and had a great time here. The living room, kitchen, dining room, and porch was the perfect layout for us to mingle and gather. The bedrooms were all very comfortable and roomy. The location was fantastic for our trips over to Charleston. We only had one slight draw back which was how long it took for the water to heat up in the showers, but otherwise everything was perfect!

This cottage was renovated beautifully. The kitchen was stocked with every appliance you could possibly need. The place was clean and bright. It provided a lot of usable space in both the gathering areas, such as the kitchen, den and porch, as well as having comfortable and spacious bedrooms and bathrooms with plenty of privacy. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely place - very comfortable, clean and pretty!

We stayed with our two young children for a long weekend. This is a fantastic property. Easy walk to wide, shell-strewn beach, and quiet neighborhood (these were our priorities with small kids along on the trip). The place is spotless and check in was very easy. We felt very safe in the gated community. Ample parking for two cars. There is a convenient sidewalk that runs throughout the community (about a 3.5 mile loop if you're a runner or walker!). The king bed was very comfortable and our kids slept well, so I assume their beds were comfy too! It's tough for me to sleep in rental properties typically because the beds usually bother me, but in this case I had no issues, which was a relief. It was great to have two bathrooms with 4 people, and they're gorgeous and recently redone, from the looks of it. Plenty of toilet paper provided, as well as shampoo/conditioner, and soap. Plenty of towels, too. The living room and kitchen furniture are new-appearing, as are the appliances - definitely a luxe vibe. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend to families, young kids and older kids, and even older folks given how accessible it is (some stairs to climb to get in the front door but there are handrails). As an FYI, guests are asked to do light cleaning before you leave (run dishwasher, take out trash, strip beds and gather all towels, etc). I like to note that so future guests are aware (it's usually not called out in listings at time of booking).

Spring Break Family Vacay
