Updated pet-friendly home with large fenced yard, close to beach access!

NOW with 4 Bedrooms and 3 Baths! Dog-friendly home approximately 1/2 a block from the ocean, with lots of updates! As of May 2020: Brand new kitchen, 4th bedroom, 3rd bathroom, and new flooring through most of home. Having a beach access point conveniently located across the street, this home is sure to please. Both you and your dog will love enjoying the Charleston sun from the comfort of the sundeck with a retractable in awning and the large fenced in yard. Additional features of this property include a three car garage, no carpeting, gas grill, and Wi-Fi.

Dining Room seating for 8. The square footage of this house is approximately 2000. Dog-friendly with a nonrefundable pet fee of $150 per pet (two pet maximum). No smoking. Linens Included. Wi-Fi.

Loved the fenced in yard so our dogs could be off the leashes. The dining room table was perfect for our candlelight dinners. The walk to the beach was so easy. Would definitely stay there again!!

Spacious yet cozy

We were very impressed with this house. It was not a sterile rental, it felt like our own cozy house. It had everything we needed and enough room for the 7 of us & 2 dogs. We love to cook and the kitchen served all of us. The fences and back yard were well maintained and the dogs could not escape. We are talking about renting it again this summer and it will feel like coming home.

Family Time

What a great family holiday celebration! We were close enough to the beach to walk over every day; we were off the main street so there was very little traffic! The house was perfect..large rooms; the dining room table was spacious enough for meals and games and puzzles! Bedrooms were comfy and private. We would definitely stay here again!

We do an annual girls weekend with around 10 people. This house was wonderful! Great location, and space! Kitchen was supplied with all the necessities. Easy walk to beach!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great vacation as usual but the hous what a safety issue. The stairs inside have a flimsy gate that needs to be repaired and made secure. An elderly person, small child, handicapped, or a pet could wasy fall through what is in place presently. We have stayed here before and the the same problem with the flimsy wooden gate created a fear that someone may trip and fall through. Please share with owners and see if this gate can be changed to a secured one.
