"DO NOT RECOMMEND! They had my TWO rooms I had reserved weeks before sold to some other person, front desk receptionist only answer was “I came in to this mess at 11 I don’t know what to tell you” not a single let me see what I can do for you let me call around for you, NOTHING. If you want to assure you have a room book somewhere else! Definitely a 0/10 worst experience driving 5 hours and getting there at 5 am with a 5 year old . Did not accommodate anything until we insisted and insisted ! "

"The room itself was clean, the shower was nice. The pool area and pool clearly had not been cleaned. My kids thought it was gross. "

"The hotel overall was quiet clean and well-appointed My problem came at the start of the trip when the shuttle bus drivers looked at my reservation and told me they did not go to this particular hotel I waited an additional 45 minutes until I was able to convince a driver that he was to take me to my hotel. Also I found out too late that the hotel could have provided me a brown bag breakfast since I was leaving so early in the morning to catch a flight and they did not offer it to me."

"Went for a birthday girlfriends weekend. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and provided what we needed. Our room couldve had better lighting by perhaps an extra lamp. Nice big tv, comfortable beds. The balcony was big and spacious. The buffet breakfast was very good and the overall condition of the resort was well maintained. We called for early checkin and was told we could come as ealry as noon if we wanted at no extea charge. Id assume this would normally be based off occupancy. Cons** Our room's thermostat kept making a high pitched whistling noise intermittently, BUT we called maintained they arrived quickly and fixed the problem. The elevators are very small and since we were in the North building on the 9th floor, the walk seemed so long to get back to the downstairs lobby once we got off the elevators. "Supervisor on check in was The Best. Food recommendations. Parking info. Direvtions to the room. Easy info. Staff rest of the stay was available and happy to assist in any regards. Clean rooms. Quiet Stay. Great location for my needs while traveling for business. "
