"The S hotel is a nice gem in city of Kingston. The property was clean and well maintained. Thanks to all the cleaning staff. They did a great job keeping our room clean. Most of the staff members were excellent a big thank you and shout out to Aloysius and Stacey, they were always on the go and ensured guests were comfortable. Thanks for making our stay excellent . Thanks to Jospeh who assisted with our reservation and ensured that we had a room during the busy carnival season. Moya , the intern staff and the staff at front desk you were amazing and addressed any issues that arise. Thanks to all the Stephanys, who assisted at breakfast. Thank you Cris you were very polite and knew how to make a guest feel comfortable. I did not like the cat that was around at breakfast. The bell men were very courteous and helpful. The chefs were amazing thanks for preparing such delicious breakfast each morning. Chef Stephany you are the best . The island is still recovering from the devastating hurricane so to have boil bananas, plantain porridge and such a lovely breakfast spread with a touch of island vibes was very nice. The hotel added a rooftop area just in time for carnival so guests had a front row seat to the event this was an excellent idea. The pool area was clean. The only thing I would recommend is to have a net to remove the insects from the pool regularly. In closing I enjoyed my stay at the hotel , the staff made our stay excellent."

"Had a great stay at Riu Negril! The facility itself is beautiful, with a lively atmosphere and awesome entertainment throughout the day and night. The food options were surprisingly good, with a variety of restaurants that didn’t disappoint. Rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the overall all-inclusive experience definitely met expectations. Most of the staff were courteous, welcoming, and friendly, which really added to the experience. There were a few moments where service wasn’t as respectful, but nothing that took away from the overall trip. Big shoutout to the front office and check-in team for starting our stay off right. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend!"

"Azul Beach Resort Negril was a relaxing and beautiful escape. The beachfront is stunning—calm turquoise water, soft sand, and sunsets that really slow you down. The resort itself is easy to navigate and has a comfortable, laid-back feel that makes it simple to unwind. Rooms were clean, airy, and well-suited for a beach vacation. The staff were friendly, though the marketing team can be a bit persistent at times. Once I firmly declined, they respected it and remained pleasant throughout the stay. I also really appreciated the gift shops along the beach—it was convenient to browse without ever leaving the shoreline. Overall, it’s not overly flashy luxury, but a soft, peaceful stay with an incredible beach that makes it worth it."

"Nice property. Good food at the buffet and restaurants. Most staff were professional and helpful. Need more night activities that do not end so early. Teach the dining staff the difference between a sari and a coverup. A coverup can be a sari but not all saris are coverups. Nice place to stay especially for first timers in the country. Transportation was highly accessible at the property which is very convenient. Lots to choose from for off resort activities."

"Hotel is nice and cozy. I like the fact that it’s across from the beach. Only thing I didn’t really like was the staff in dining room, me and the family sat there for 15 min no one asked us if wanted anything to drink I had to go find someone."

"The rooms need to be renovated, the floors especially need to be replaced. I would not consider staying for more than one night."

"The food was great! The staff was friendly and polite. There are some areas that can use some attention (we had a few things in our room that suffered from wear and tear), but by no means a deal breaker. The entertainment was great, and there is a lot to do without leaving the resort. We did though, and enjoyed every minute. We will go back and will most likely stay at the Riu. Lovely vacation!!"
