“I had to wait about 10 minutes for assistance to check in. The front desk attendant had to leave to help another guest. The room had a very musty mildew odor. When I asked for a different room I was told that none were available. The lobby and exercise room were clean. Breakfast was OK. The staff were polite and generally helpful.”

About a $40 dollar price difference!
