“The room was not good in that there were rodents in the ceiling and wall scratching around all night. There was no secondary lock on the door, only the keyed lock. Felt pretty unsafe in that regard. Lighting was not very bright. VERY dated furniture and bedding. The AC did not work well. On the bright side, the price was decent for the area although not value priced considering. The manager was very nice, told me they had just taken over management of rhe property in past 2 weeks. Bathroom and……

“Host was fine. We were disappointed in the choice of cookware. We don't use TEFLON coated cookware, especially when it is scratched and peeling off. There were spider webs in areas so it was obvious that it had t been stayed in or the cleaning was not detailed. The only other issue was the floor squeak. That usually doesn't bother us, but it was loud enough to wake us up when we got up at night. ”

“The only positive thing I can say is that this hotel is acceptable as a last resort. Unfortunately, the property was very dirty and poorly maintained. The elevator smelled strongly of urine and appeared as if it had not been cleaned in quite some time. There were cigarette butts on the floors, and the carpets looked like they had never been vacuumed. The room itself was in poor condition. The headboards were falling apart, and the bathroom clearly needed maintenance and repairs. Overall, the……
