“Pros and cons to every place one stays. Pros: there is a bay outside the front that I did see (two) dolphins in. The owner is quick to respond. The room has the basic essentials. The pools (bc FL) were warm and the clubhouse nice. Cons: I arrived on a Sunday and PM’d the owner. There was a strong smell of toxic chemicals in the interior hallway of the building (not in her unit). I noted in smelled of mold killer, pesticide, or strong paint chemicals. She noted they painted recently, I noted……

“Location 5 star, Unit, clean, totally mislead on size. no room to unpack,or store clothes had to live out of suitcase on floor. no place to prepare food or store it. Table to eat meals totally inadequate for more then 2 people Pull out was only good for maybe 2 small children. 1 TV could only watch from from said pull out 5 feet away. Bathroom, small no mat on tub shower floor This unit should not be allowed on your web site”

“The overall stay was fine. The beach and pool area were exactly as promised. The room had several issues that did take away from the overall experience. The largest issue was the bed. It was very uncomfortable and hard. The air conditioning worked but the humidity was very high in the rooms. The main living area was very cramped and the couch was also uncomfortable to sit on (springs could be felt). ”

“Very clean condo! There was not one thing we could say to improve on anything! Well stocked kitchen, bathroom toiletries available, laundry supplies, etc…close to many restaurants and shopping! Good value as well.”

“Beautiful ,clean, conveniently located property with kitchen stocked with appliances and everything you could ever need, Sweet and professional office staff. Enjoyed the putting green , pool, and Private beach. Very best part was the glorious sunsets from the balcony. Loved it all! ”

“The condo was beautiful and smelled great! The beds were so comfortable! I loved that it had a dining area plus a separate breakfast area. I also loved the easy accessibility being a ground floor unit. The ceiling fans in each room helped to keep the temperature comfortable. There was a great selection of tv channels. We used the tennis court, pool, basketball court, and ping pong table-all were in top notch condition, and the clubhouse ladies were incredibly nice. Richard, the host, was great……
