“We were very pleased with our stay! The unit was beautiful and spotless! It also provided all of the little extras that we appreciated very much (a small cooler, beach bag, beach chairs, beach towels, hand soap, etc.). Owners were very accessible and responsive! 10 out of 10! We would definitely book here again! ”

“This entire stay from the very moment I tried booking it was nothing but awful. I WAS DOUBLE BOOKED. I was charged for two condos And only wanted one. I sent texts, emails, and voice messages. IMMEDIATELY once i found out they double charged me. I heard nothing from this so called host. And only after I mentioned contacting an attorney. After several days of messages and calls. They refused to refund my money. I contacted VRBO during all of this. And they tried to message and call the guys.……

“Beautiful location. Close to the beach and shopping. We love the pool and hot tub.”

“Location was ideal as we were about 1/2 mile from public access to ocean, an Aldi’s and a WalMart. About 1/2 mi in other direction was a Publix and Beall’s and other shopping. There were restaurants within walking distance and about 1 mile to restaurants in Melbourne. Unit was clean with plenty of towels, paper products and trash bags to accommodate a 4 week stay. View of small pond and the swimming pool from our deck. Although comfortable, the unit could use some TLC. All 4 chairs around……

“We had a tough time getting in touch with the host when issues came up. I don’t expect constant communication, but it would’ve been helpful to hear back more quickly—especially since the A/C didn’t work properly for the first few nights. Maintenance eventually came and fixed it, but it was frustrating, and even after that, it kept resetting to 84 in the middle of the night.There were also a few cleanliness issues.
