“Loved the stay, that being said these are some small complaints: the temperature control on the shower was kind of confusing/sticky and so I basically cooked myself. Additionally the sink was clogged after the first time we washed our faces and hands which was a bit odd. Otherwise no complaints, had a lovely stay!”

“Room and staff are great but process to actually get access is fiddly. There are several online steps to complete that put me back in the Expedia app where the messages didn't render correctly.”

“Hotel was okay.... Pretty good breakfast. The rooms are fairly run down and could use some TLC. The towels and sheets seemed clean but the room itself could have been cleaned better for sure.”

“When attending the pool at 9pm there were no towels available on the towel rack and the ones we could see being used by other guests were extremly small and thin. That could be improved. The adjacent lounge should be available for guest to sit in outside of Breakfast and Dinner and drinks could be offered to improve the amenity.”

“Overall was a great experience. Beds were better then expected(to be honest), check in employee was super nice and enjoyable to check in with-wasn't cranky. Only thing was the room was freezing when we walked in-but also temp had dropped outside so that could contribute but there was a strong smell that was not enjoyable.. had to spray room spray a few times and run the fans. But other then that, was a good experience-also cleaner then I expected for a college setting.”

“Unfortunately, we found bed bugs in our room shortly after midnight. Personally, I would not stay here again for that reason. The room was also in what I would describe as a rundown state. It just needs to be renovated after years of use.”
