“Staff was amazing but my shower did not work and I had trouble with the tv. The staff came & fixed my tv for me. I was exhausted and was not really wanting to move rooms for the shower but it did stink to not get to take a hot shower before bed.”

“The place was rustic which was fine. We tried to contact the resort before arrival. The phone # in all communications was incorrect. I brought it to their attention and was told that was a really old #. Had 2 rooms. 1 was OK, the other had a 2" gap at the bottom of the door, (glad no critters joined us!) and shower door wouldn't close. I would not go back.”

“飯店比較有點歷史了，比較復古些，房間內設施也比較舊一點，優點就是地理位置非常的好，附近可吃可逛，比較大的缺點就是淋浴水量太小了，洗澡要花很久時間沖洗甚至可能會洗不太乾淨”

“It is a good place to stay if you want to visit Crater Lake, since the Crater Lake Lodge is so difficult to make the reservation.”

“Nice staff. Room was dusty and dirty, but the bed linens were clean. It was nice to have wood to burn and a heater for the chilly evenings. One of the grills on the stove top did not work well, and we had to tighten the handle on the pot before we used it. There were also only two spoons, one fork, two plates and two bowls. It was laughable. Fortunately, our party of 4 figured it out.”
