“Easy check in, great parking, nice clean room. Great pool and hot tub. Several fire pits with plentiful seating along the shoreline. On site restaurant was a bit pricey. No continental breakfast. Coffee not available in main lobby until 8 am - should be 6 am. Coffee maker in room made flavorless dark colored hot water. Yeah, I like my coffee early. Everything else about Larsmont Cottages was great.”

“The rooms were in desperate need of dusting and floor mopping. Everything was covered in dust. The extra blanket and pillow provided for the pull out bed were not cleaned. Let scrambled - like it was forgotten during guest turn around. Kitchen could use additional items that are needed for cooking. Many items dusty as well. The bed, was somehow not attached to the base and would bounce/ retract when moving or getting on and off. This was very frustrating when trying to sleep”

“Elevators were not working. Never could get to the top to use the restaurant during restaurant hours. Had to go to main floor for water for the coffee makers. no vending machines on 3rd floor. The air conditioning in my room did not work the entire stay. No air circulation or cold air so stuffy. There were more vehicles that parking spaces. Serious upgrades needed for this hotel.”

“Everything here was fantastic! The mansion itself was stunning, and even the Carriage House had its own bit of charm. One thing that I would love to say to the property owners, is that the shower in the Equestrian Suite did not have functioning hot water. Not sure if the hot water was shut off, or what. Please look into it! Other than that, our stay was fantastic!”
