“Well, upon arriving at the hotel, I did not see any staff members except for construction workers on site. I would not have stayed there if I had known a few things beforehand. I checked in through a live person on camera, and later found out that the staff handling check-ins and check-outs were physically located in India. I just hope Super 8 has a strong protocol in place to protect guests’ personal information, since I was required to scan my ID and credit card during the check-in process.”

“The room was big, yet the bathroom was dirty and run down. The maid was very kind and helpful, as she is the only human at this hotel. To check-in you use a kiosk with AI, which takes a lot longer to check-in even though I had pre-checked in online. There is plenty of parking, with a lot of cameras videoing the area. Coffee in room and the brunch area was not good, apple juice was sour, the yogurt was outdated, so we went out to eat, as did not want to spend time being sick. Next time we will……
