“The room was clean, unfortunately we had a jacuzzi experience in mind- however it turned out our room had a bath tub, we honestly struggled to use it , shower spills everywhere. On a brighter side- the staff were very lovely and helpful. Cheers to the Manager of the hotel and his team, they made sure our stay was comfortable throughout. Breakfast wasn’t very great but manageable. A bit far from local ammentities, so if you want beach experience, going to the town centre be prepared to travel a……

“This was a truly special place to stay, thanks in large part to an exceptionally thoughtful and attentive host. From recommending local restaurants and hikes to helping me navigate my onward journey, he went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and stress-free. I did the hike he suggested to the top of the mountain, and the trailhead is just half a kilometer from the B&B, and I thoroughly enjoyed the hike to the summit. The property is very well located and walkable to the castle, museum……

“The staff at Mattis Hotel played such a huge part in making my husband’s 30th birthday in Tirana incredibly special. Before we arrived, I reached out because I was planning a surprise for him. The team helped me coordinate everything behind the scenes, received the birthday decorations I had ordered, arranged everything, and made sure I could pull it off without my husband suspecting a thing. They were incredibly responsive throughout the planning process and handled every request with ease.……

“Lovely big room with a huge comfortable bed, good view and balconies. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great bar. Generous breakfast with fresh produce. Only criticism is that there is a coffee machine, good coffee and range but means a queue forms at times waiting for coffee to be dispensed, would be better if staff provided hot drinks on request. Great location, easy walking distance to centre, many bars and restaurants nearby. Very good value. High standard of accommodation.”
