“Nice and clean great to be across the street from the airport travel with family”

“Clean room, well-maintained, staff was okay (need to be more approachable and friendly), but terrible experience due to having mosquitoes inside probably entered through vents and dripping water in the washroom. Its a good hotel but need more improvements.”

“This is a really nice hotel. It’s good value for what you pay for. I would say this is a 3 star hotel that gives you 4star value. Let’s get into it; The staff at the reception was very lovely, special shoutout to Gerta, she was super kind and helpful; she called taxis, gave instructions and directions for local activities and public transport as well. On our last day, she let us check out late FOC. The breakfast fare is not huge but it’s adequate, there’s no potatoes, omelettes or porridge but……

“The staff are very helpful especially the manager who gave me guides to things to do in Tirana. Room was clean and had a nice Mountain view from the back. It was overall a great place to stay away from the noisy city centre.”

“Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. We arrived well after the check-in time, but our room was still not ready, resulting in a long wait. The room was clean, but it was very hot, and the shower drain didn't work properly. The hotel is new, but the overall service lacked professionalism and the experience fell well below expectations. I hope these issues are resolved because the hotel has potential.”

Breakfast was good, with a decent variety of food to choose from. The food overall was excellent, We would highly recommend it and would love to stay here again.”
