“Nice hotel and staff but I was in the old holiday inn end that had had a little makeover, shower over flowed every time used and smelt bad, bottom of door was all swollen and could hardly close. I was supposed to have double/two singles and a single was given two singles and a very uncomfortable sofa bed 😷☹️”

“We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very stylish and nicely decorated, clean and comfortable and made us feel at home. The staff were friendly and helpful. The gym is a bit small but it is good for a cardio workout and maintaining your routine while on holiday. The location of the hotel is excellent, very close to tram and buses and you can explore Alicante very easily on foot as well. We were able to leave our luggage in a locker before checking in and after checking out as well which was……
