“Room - the bed was comfy and fresh towels were provided every day. You have to pay extra for a balcony (I would definitely recommend this). However, the curtains are not very thick and the outside lights are kept on all night making it very tricky to fall asleep. Also the elevator takes forever to come, there were often long queues for it during peak times (e.g. after breakfast). Food - limited options for special dietaries (e.g. lactose intolerant). “Quiet, clean and comfortable. Not in downtown but there are taxis and buses around. You can also walk to the city, around 3 miles. Food at the hotel was ok and price is reasonable.”

“We received a wonderfully warm welcome to the hotel from professional and attentive staff. We were on holiday to celebrate our silver wedding anniversary and the hotel was absolutely perfect for us. Our bedroom in the attic was gorgeous with an extra large, divinely comfortable bed, fresh linen and towels, hot drinks facilities, a small fridge, hair dryer and soap/shower gel.
