“We had a great stay, and you are very responsive to my calls, thank you. Here's a list of issues you may want to address:1\. One dining rm. chair needs gluing up, incl. the arm easily falls off.2\. Cabinet under sink is always humid, mold smell.3\. There is only one table knife (I found it in a downstairs closet). 4\. All the outlets are super loose. Phone and computer chargers fall right out. Had to prop them up with a stick. I recommend getting new ones, as there's no way to tighten them. 5.……

“No major flaws, but nothing to make the experience great. The lady that checked us in was the BEST. Location was the awesome. If there was snow, we could've skied to our front door step. The bed in the Master room was VERY firm and not very comfortable. The windows in the upper loft were uncovered and unreachable so we couldn't cover them so the morning light lit up our room and bounced off the wall mirror and into our faces in bed. There were cobwebs in the rafters of the bedroom. No fake……

“Literally steps to Snow Summit but multiple problems made the lodging a disappointment. Specifically we had to call for more towels for the five of us, we had to call to get a working toaster, we had to call because the patio screen door fell off, and the TV would not allow us to sign into our Netflix account. Furniture is in serious need to be updated. This could be a real gem if improvements are made.”

"Except we were email/ call 3 times with 24 hours before check-in (I couldn’t help but guessed it was due to they had nobody working after 9pm), everything was beating expectation. Room was decent. Service was excellent - TV remote was available (for our device to connect to hdmi) the minute we asked ; room was cleaned, bed were made, towel replaced, bathroom was cleaned, garbage was cleared daily - which was not the case in most of the motel. We were so excited to bbq in motel public area first time in our lives. The only area for improvement is wifi. But who cares? "
