"Easy to get to. Comfortable accommodations. Nice old vinyl collection. Unfortunately (for me) I left a vinyl from the show I saw with the house collection. Would stay again."

"We had a lovely 3 night stay at this Pioneer Town home. It really is walking distance to Pappy and Harriets which was a plus for us as we love live music. It was great to walk there and back under a very starry sky. The home was comfortable for hanging out and the property is private and gives you a great sense of the expansiveness of the desert. It is close to both Pioneer Preserve and Joshua Tree, both of which we enjoyed hiking in. The managers were....awesome....easy peasy. Looking forward...

"The perfect high-desert mini-retreat. It was our first time staying in Pioneertown and we could not have been more thrilled with Pioneertown House, including the proximity to town and the overall thoughtfulness of the space and amenities. Excellent, well-designed accommodations for a couple, providing everything you could possible need for your getaway and the stunning, private location was second to none. Loved the views from the hot tub and cold plunge. A 10/10. We look forward to returning! ...

"For some reason the host was not aware we were coming, even though i had a confirmation number and all pricing and fees had already been charged to my card months before. Property is beautiful, but was dirty: trash on bathroom counter, dirty sheets, hair all over floors and toilet areas. There was no wifi due to an upside balance, so we were without service the entire time, making it difficult to try to resolve any issues. "We recently stayed at Heaven’s Door in Joshua Tree, and unfortunately, our experience was FAR from heavenly. While we were excited to spend some time relaxing in this “desert getaway”, we were met with several disappointments that overshadowed our stay.Firstly, we were promised blackout shades prior to our arrival, but there were none in the property. "The pool was nice but not heated, this was October so the weather was cool. Still, we enjoyed the Jacuzzi and it was heated and clean. Overall, the property is secluded so it's very quiet. "
