“Staff was friendly and helpful. Location of hotel was too far from the thruway and in a very isolated area with no restaurants or retail. TV was terrible and beds too high to get into. 2nd floor walk-up challenging for seniors with luggage.”

“Was disappointed. The housekeeping staff had to show us how to use the TV. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom and there was not enough light in there. We got an accessible room as I have MS and need a walk-in shower. The shower floor was so slippery that my husband almost fell twice. I put a towel on the shower floor to stand on so I wouldn't slip. We could not get the AC very cool, even though we put it as low as it would go. The bed was not very comfortable. The room was very large. The……

“I don’t even know where to begin with how disgusting this stay was. We checked into the Sleep Inn, paid $90 for a room, and the moment we opened the door we knew we had made a mistake. The room absolutely reeked of cat piss, mixed with a heavy blast of air freshener that was clearly being used to try to cover up the smell. It didn’t work — it just made the entire room smell like urine and chemicals. The carpet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years and was visibly filthy. Then we checked……
