“This property was exactly as advertised. Perfect for 2-3 people. Had a comfortable queen-sized bed with ample pillows, sheets/blankets. Well-stocked bathroom and shower, a sectional couch, and even a refrigerator and microwave. It’s only 7 miles from Miami University which was convenient for us to visit our college student. Check in & out could not have been any easier!! Would book again, in fact, I tried and it’s already booked up! Thank you for allowing me to stay at your lovely place. P.S.……

“It was amazing ”

“It was what was lacking from the listing that was the problem-- there were 20 sketchy steps from the sidewalk to the front door. Those were not mentioned. We're 81 and 78. Stairs in general are things we try to avoid, but these were covered with leaves, ivy encroaching on the lowest set and with ridiculously low hand rails. Since there's no off-street parking, using the scary stairs was mandatory. The house was fine, but getting in and out was not.”
