“The property is lovely, clean and well stocked! Everything was easy about our stay, except for the stairs for these old bones. The apartment is walkable to all downtown shops and restaurants. We had a small dog with us and there were plenty of dog friendly areas. One downside is the number of homeless - sad, and some were sketchy. But this is not uncommon in city areas. We would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend it!”

“So many good things to say about this property: 1. Host is gracious, attentive and communicative. He sincerely wants guests to enjoy and have everything they need. 2. Location is out of but convenient to the city. On the outside, it's like a neighborhood we would live in. 3. Inside the home is high-end, professionally decorated but not stuffy. Our 4- and 7-year-old grandsons especially enjoyed their individual cozy queen bedrooms upstairs. The UT-themed room was a huge hit! Grown-ups loved the……

“Loved the loft. It was a good location for us as we were in town for our daughter’s graduation. We were able to walk to almost everything. Many dining options in the area. The loft was clean and comfortable. We did not cook while staying there, but there were plenty of plates, glasses silverware etc. only issue was the noise outside. This may have been due to the fact that it was graduation week. One of the bars around the corner had very loud music and the celebrating went on well past 2am.……

“If you are looking for a cool place in downtown Knoxville, this is a good option. Walking distance to bars, restaurants, etc. Really a cool condo with an excellent renovation. Two small items. First, the parking space is small and if you have a big car (like we do) be sure to coordinate it beforehand to avoid issues. Secondly, there are miles of closets in this apartment, but only a few old wire hangers. Time to add some.”

“My sister and I came to Knoxville for the first time to see a concert at the UT and were so delighted that we chose this great rental. The location was perfect because we enjoy walking around to explore and it was close to many shops, restaurants and entertainment venues. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen and rest of the place - modern. Blake was very easy to reach and made sure our stay was fully enjoyed. Highly recommend.”

“This place is a hidden gem. Tucked away but very convenient to downtown and campus. Very spacious apartment and well stocked and kept. We loved that it had 2 king beds as opposed to queens. Precious courtyard area is an added bonus!”

“The host was excellent with communication. The condo was clean and very well appointed. We were able to bring out two small dogs and the ground floor condo was perfect for us. The condo is very close UT and downtown, it was a perfect location! Beds were comfy, kitchen had everything we needed for our weekend stay and the bathrooms were perfect as well. We had an emergency with one of our pets and the owners worked very well with us regarding a late check out. We couldn’t have asked for more……

“We had a great stay here while attending a concert on UT campus. The property was very clean, exactly as described and a pleasant stay for all of us. Despite it's close proximity to the interstate it was surprisingly quiet while inside. Really appreciate the fact there are no requirements at checkout. Would definitely stay here again.”

“This is a great small apartment near UT with access to the Greenway for walking and biking. The building itself is older but the condo has been redone and was clean and bright. Bev was quick to respond to a few things we needed. We enjoyed our stay.”

“My stay was very pleasant as I felt right at home. Though I brought my own consumer goods, the place was well stocked in everything (tissue, soap, laundry detergent, etc) you could need. Clean and spacious. Quiet, friendly (cordial) neighborhood.”

“Based on the photos posted, we were very disappointed. The photos looked great. There was knats and bugs in the living room and master bath. The neighborhood did not feel safe. There was several run down homes and homeless people in the alley. I would not recommend it. The host was very responsive and sent the cleaner to finish cleaning when we called. Signed Disappointed”
