“I booked 3 rooms for 2 nights. We were told we could check into the rooms at 3:00PM. We came back to the front desk at 4:30Pm and 2 of the rooms still we not ready. Those 2 groups had to take less quality rooms on the top floors. When we came back to our the second night there was a large roach in the floor near the refrigerator i told the guy at the front desk about it and he gave me a card to the General Manager and said call her. I figured she would care as much about the customes as he did……

“I was not able to reschedule my stay for a week later even though a state emergency had been declared in the face of the winter storm. Both Expedia and Hampton said it was up to the other entity. I will not be using Expedia again. ”

“The staff was very friendly, and efficient at check. They even allowed me to park my motorcycle under the awning, and kept watch on it through the surveillance camera. I found the room very clean and seemed to be newly remodeled. I just had a great experience.”
