Not a hotel but a guest house in a refinished and vibrantly appointed (200 year-old?) historical home newly acquired and attentively managed by Sandra, Michael and son Valentin who were the most welcoming, engaging and thoughtful hosts imaginable. “This rental was a delight to stay in. The property is fully fenced and private with a secure iron gate closed at night. You couldn’t feel more secure for your selves and your car. “This is a lovely quiet location with excellent, helpful hosts. The apartment is lovely and well equipped. The yard is very picturesque and welcoming. There is a great small grocery store in Genissac 5 minutes away. The location is close to St. Emilion about 30 minutes away with several other towns nearby and chateaux for wine tours and tastings. Cecile's recommendations were very helpful especially for La Caff Cuisine restaurant in Branne. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay, what a wonderful place. Spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, comfy bed. Our hosts were welcoming and between us we managed some good conversations with our shared knowledge of French & English. The pool was very welcomed after a hot day and the glass of rose wine enjoyed after our swim was delightful. Our hosts very kindly booked us a table at a nearby restaurant and gave us a map to help us find it. We slept brilliantly and woke the next day to a delicious……
