"Man where to start, first the young man and woman had incredible customer service, I worried I talked their ear off, it was clean, I loved how they stated in policy is no parties or being loud, it seems to be hard to find these days. The jacuzzi was clean and so much fun to use. The hotel was also tucked in a perfect spot far enough to still be close yet not too close to the highway. Definitely will be back."

"Our room was very clean upon arrival and our beds were made and towels refreshed the second day of our stay. Hotel was in a good location, quiet and comfortable. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good in the morning. Overall satisfied with our stay."

From the moment I arrived, everything felt intentional and relaxing. My suite, complete with a beautiful koi pond and a serene outdoor patio, was exactly what the doctor ordered. Sitting outside and listening to the gentle water while enjoying the peaceful surroundings was a highlight of my stay. Inside, the fireplace created a cozy, inviting ambiance that made it easy to unwind. I also appreciated the adults-only (18+) policy, which added to the calm and tranquil atmosphere. The location is another major plus, being near the beach and within a short drive of Lewes Beach and the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk makes it ideal. Plus, charming spots like 1812 Memorial Park and the Cannonball Museum are just a short walk away, along with restaurants and the fisherman’s wharf. I personally opted for a relaxing night in with takeout via Uber Eats, which fit the vibe perfectly. The rooms are thoughtfully equipped with everything you need refrigerator, microwave, private balcony or patio, and a comfortable setup with a flat-screen TV and reliable Wi-Fi. The bathrooms felt elevated with designer toiletries, and everything was impeccably clean. The property itself offers great amenities, including a seasonal outdoor pool, sauna, and even a cozy fireplace in the lobby. "

"Fantastic spot, very clean, comfortable beds, quiet and friendly staff. The breakfast was the only blemish, the first time I have ever had scrambled eggs I just could not eat. I’d stay again and just have toast. "

"This is the 3rd year that we have rented this house for a long weekend. Easy communication with the host. The house is clean and nicely decorated. Kitchen is well stocked with flatware, glasses, plates. Easy check in and out. The beds are comfortable and so is the common space. I give a 5 star rating reluctantly because I don't want the house to become so popular that I will lose my weekend. "
