“The floors in the room were filthy. Bedding was clean with plenty of pillows. There was very little water pressure at times, and no water for a brief time. "Hot" water was lukewarm at best. Breakfast was average.”

“I called the hotel to inquire about a reservation because a family member was being admitted to Hershey Medical Center. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing from the start. During my initial phone call, the front desk employee appeared unable to understand me and ultimately disconnected the call rather than attempting to assist. Throughout our stay, communication was extremely difficult. None of the staff members we interacted with spoke enough English to effectively communicate, and……

“Just outside of Harrisburg, Fairfield Inn & Suites in Mechanicsburg is an excellent place to stay if visiting local attractions. Just off of I-81, the hotel is conveniently located. The property is clean and welcoming. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are larger sized and very comfortable. The free breakfast is very good as well. It is a quality hotel.”
