“Kitchen had a microwave and a rather noisy refrigerator. Bed was comfortable. First room had no wifi discovered after unpacking. Bathroom was newly renovated but had the slipperiest floor i ever encountered in a hotel. No shelves in shower required throwing soap, shampoo on floor in order to wash. No towel bars in bathroom requiring using toilet as a table. Construction (not hotels fault) ran from 6-8 so a bit noisy.”

We arrived prior to check in time and were told that we would be placed on a priority list and would receive a text once the room was ready. Later that afternoon we returned to check in as we had been previously notified that the room was ready. The room we were given was a king bed instead of 2 queens and appeared to not be particularly clean. We returned to the front desk and asked to be switched to a queen room. We……
