It is what you pay for. Very conveniently located spot in London for a short trip. If you are looking to stay for more than 2 nights I would recommend a different hotel. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. And again for the price wasn’t bad at all.
This hotel is 3 minutes walk to King's Cross, but is on a quiet square. The room was clean, the bathroom spotless & smelt of bleach (a good sign!), and the bed comfortable. Sounds between walls was a bit noisy, but nothing terrible. A great little find when passing through London, will stay again.

You often get what you pay for and this was the case with the hotel. It cost £62 with an en-suite for two single beds for one night and although it could do with modernising, it was clean and provided a good night's sleep. Bedding, towels, bathroom were all very clean. Staff were very polite. It was down the road from King's Cross Station so a good location. Tea and coffee and a TV (signal intermittent) were also provided. I would recommend a stay.
It's a basic hotel, but clean and functional, with a comfy bed and friendly staff. Being near to Kings Cross St Pancras stations its location is amazing, and for the price, you can't really fault it!
For the price this was a great stay. The staff were perfectly pleasant and if you accept that this is a budget choice then you won’t be disappointed at all. Thanks for a cool stay in an ideal location
Fantastic location, just 2 blocks from the train and underground or 30 min walk into central London. The shower, bathroom and room was nice and clean and I really appreciated the coffee in the room. Highly recommend.
