“Clean rooms”

“Noticed someone else’s hair in our room leftover. Room was humid even with the air conditioner set to auto cool so much so that after we got back to the room after 5 hours my sweatshirt I had hanging was damp as was the carpet. It just felt gross. Pillows had an odor and staff swapped them out quickly. Breakfast had a nice selection. Staff was friendly. Expedia sold a room that wasn’t available and instead of a queen we got two full beds so with that sticky room that was not good. Hotel and room……

“It was awful. It smelled horrible. It’s not like the pictures. The front desk person was difficult.”

“The front desk staff were kind. The room was very quiet as it was right at the pool, but they were able to animate us with another room on the 6th floor. Ocean view was nice. The cleanliness and overall quality of the room & building needs major improvements. Shower walls & toilet had hair on them, the mold issue is awful. The smell and causing excessive sneezing & poor ventilation. The hallways and elevator not very clean.”

“The room was very clean had no issues getting extra towels. Breakfast was to expected at a motel. All in all a good experience.”

“The room was clean, bathroom updated. The staff was incredibly helpful and professional. The breakfast was a perfect way to start the day although it is a old hotel which you must take into consideration it was perfect for two nights pool was clean furniture.”

“Noisy neighbors”

“I would caution anyone to not stay in 636. There was no water pressure and barely any water from the old shower head. The front desk receptionist sent maintenance to fix the issue but there was absolutely no change. Room was dirty with tons of hair on the mattress protector that we removed from the beds. Bathroom barely had room for us to turn around in. Killed a roach in the kitchen. I let the front desk receptionist know all of the above upon check out and she was very apologetic and nice. She……

“We had a late check in around 10pm, the staff is so friendly once we walked in the hotel. This Hampton has rated the best Hampton in the nation for the past 5 years and I totally agree with the rating. The room is clean and big, the morning breakfast area is very comfortable (the food are ok). Basically it's a great hotel. The only 2 downsides are: (1) sound proof not too good (2) the pool is really tiny But it is a great stay, except for the price is a little high (we paide US$220 per night)”

“The rooms could have been cleaner. No one should see greasy finger prints on the desk and cabinets from prior people. We were just there one night but still it should be clean.”
