“Staff was flat at check in. We were a job not a guest! AC on the second floor hallways was shut off. I traveled for 10 days in a row, this was sub par!”

“I needed a gentle place to land for a late arrival and early departure. I did not avail myself of the breakfast or other amenities, but I appreciated the excellent bed, bedding, clean, modern bathroom, and ease of checkout. You can walk to the terminals!”

“No hot water in the shower. Everything smelled like bleach. There was still hair from previous guests on the floor and on the side of the shower. Room smelled musty because of the AC unit which probably hasn’t been cleaned in a while. Bed was comfy. It wasn’t a bad stay just probably will stay somewhere else when I’m in the area again.”
