“We were provided with a very small room that was not suitable for two adults and two children. The washroom was also extremely small and uncomfortable, even for a single traveler. We noticed there were larger rooms available, but despite seeing that we were traveling with kids and clearly needed more space, no effort was made to accommodate us.
Also, this property is more of a motel rather than a hotel, which was disappointing compared to what we expected.

“Both the sink and bathtub were over flowing, did not drain properly. Towels had stains on them. The blankets felt very thin and had a distinctive scent. The carpet looks like it has never been vacuum or cleaned properly. The TV had issue turning on. We had to manually reset the TV for it to work. The carpets and walls in the hallways look outdated. All of our previous hotels allow us to check in early, they told us check in was at 3pm.”

“It was pretty quiet even though our room was right next to the elevator. The neighborhood feels safe, nice, and clean. It’s conveniently close to grocery stores and restaurants, and not too far from the state park. “The pictures on Expedia of this hotel do not look like the room I actually stayed in. I wanted a room with a desk for my husband to work at. Yes, there was a desk chair, but there was no desk anywhere in the room even though the picture of the room online specifically showed the chair sitting at a desk.
