“We love Luquillo and enjoyed our stay here. The apartment had everything we needed. We appreciated the air conditioning so we could close our windows to block out the sound of neighbors partying late into the night. The unit could have been cleaner, but was in reasonable condition with a well-equipped kitchen (note there is no oven). We love being able to walk to the local beaches, grocery store, and local shops and restaurants. That said, it is not a beachfront property, nor is the beach or……

“The condo was very clean and the view was beautiful. The building itself was kind of hit an miss. You can tell that some of the units are abandoned and in poor condition, but this unit was very nice. We also interacted with some residents of the building and everyone was very kind. You can't swim in the ocean near the condo, but there are so many beaches available it isn't a big deal. We loved PR and would stay here again. ”

“I would like to say that the view and sounds of the ocean were amazing. Now with that said. The main shower handle was broken and dripped, There was a used bar of soap in the shower. There was also what looked like blood on the wall in the bathroom and the sink didn't drain well. The dryer was full of lint with hair and sand from the previous people. The dining room chairs are delicate and wobbly. In the kitchen there is no stove or dishwasher and the cupboards and drawers were just full of……
