“Staff was friendly, property was clean, ,and the room was very cool even though the outside weather was hot and humid.”

“The facility overall was clean and had necessary kitchen needs. (However the coffee pot didn’t work properly) New washer / dryer worked well. Both bathrooms were clean and functioned well. Bedrooms were ok. Double bed a little soft for my likings, but that’s just my preference. Parking was good. Garbage dumpster available and handy. Neighbors across from us were nosy 2 nights and also barking dog one night. I would stay here again.”

“1st I had requested a downstairs room i didn't get secondly honestly this hotel smell like mildew something in the air idk but my allergies where full blown...breakfast was awesome the attendant was very helpful n professional..”

“We arrived to our room an walked in room dirty bed not made and towels on the floor they moved us to another room and trash in the trash can and towels were dirty with stains would not give us any kind of discount we will not stay there again and the water from the faucet smelled like sewage”

“The stay was great, the breakfast was as to be expected. The bathroom amenities were very comprehensive. The supplied shampoo bottle was empty, but only took a call to the front desk. Very good experience, overall.”

“I normally do not leave reviews but this was advertised as exceptional and 9.2. While it was clean, it is very basic, older student style housing close to the UTRGV. The surrounding dwellings are run down, and the area is certainly not good for more than just needing a place to crash for the night. ”
