“This is our second time staying here. Everything was as expected, one heater had an issue and they came out and figured out a solution quickly. We really like this space for when it’s chilly so we can camp and not worry about the kids getting too cold at night. It’s very convenient and It’s so close to a lot of really great things to do with the kids. ”

“it is a really good place for people wanting to be out in a remote location for sure but bring food and snacks with ya cuz the closet place to get anything at is a ways away! they have a few trails out there with some good views! ”

“The cabin was everything we needed and so much more. It was a destination by itself -The peaceful river and the hill backing up to it was a treat. The place was cozy, welcoming and homey. Terry is a great host! He comes to check on you to see if he can be of any help. We hope to come back with more family members since the property has a sister cabin right next to it. ”

“We enjoyed the unique property. The house was clean, well stocked with what we needed to make meals & spacious enough for 2 families to spend time together but not be in each others way. The area is full of natural beauty. We visited when it was bitter cold or we would have spent more time outside with the animals and enjoying the porch & yard. ”

“Everything was as described and had no issues during our stay. Loved the reading the booklet that shared the history of this house place. Perfect place to stay for us visiting the University of Arkansas. ”

“We stayed in the Tyson Lodge. It is a camp style lodge with bunkbeds in all but one of the five rooms. It's nothing fancy but it's got what you need for a comfortable night. Be sure a take any food and or dishes you need because the lodge doesn't have a kitchen or any kind of dishes and its about 20 miles to town one way. Overall it worked great for us, four guys on motorcycles. Would definitely stay here again.”

Owners were quick to respond with any questions we had and very thoughtful; we had a late arrival and they had the lights on for us as well as a snack basket. “This was a nice little place to stay. It was super affordable and the hosts were super fast at replying which really made me feel valued. The beds were extremely comfortable and there were plenty of beds for everyone. And a bathroom for each room. They provided pillows and linens and towels for us to use. There was also shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The water was nice and hot for showers. There wasn't a lot of indoor gathering space or any place to eat in the cabin, but they provided wood……
