“The people are very nice and breakfast is pretty good. But there are so many flies in the room. I killed 8 flies the first two hours after I entered it.”

“The cabin was super clean and very pet friendly the host even had a food/water bowl there and a roll of poop bags. There was a technical difficulty when we first arrived but the host showed up within 10 minutes of being notified and fixed the problem immediately. The host offered pet friendly places to eat and to visit.”

“This place was so perfect for our family of 6! Very cozy and plenty of space for everyone. Hosts are AMAZING - very communicative and helpful with recommendations in the area. They left us snacks and the perfect amenities for our family. The place was also very clean and well stocked with toiletries and other necessary items. Pool and spa were perfect as well. We would definitely stay here again!”

“We absolutely loved our stay at this condo! The location was perfect for exploring the area, with easy access to Elephant Rocks, Johnson’s Shut-Ins, and Mina Sauk Falls. It made a great home base for our adventures throughout southeastern Missouri.One of the highlights of our trip was the pickle ball court right outside the suite. “It was seriously so cute! Nice & clean. Plenty of space & sleeping areas for our family of 6. Although, we didnt spend alot time actually in the cabin it was nice to come back to a nice cool place to relax for a bit and shower, after an entire evening in the rain (Friday) & full day of sun floating the black river (Saturday). I would highly recommend the Panthers Den to friends/family & if available next year we will be back!!! ”

“My stay here was amazing! All the staff were very kind. I was the only one staying there at the time and everyone was very friendly. When they say that you're staying on a working farm that's exactly what they mean that that's what made it. Such a cool experience. Staying inside a covered wagon that had modern amenities was a cool experience. It kept cool inside with the air-conditioning. The bed was extremely comfortable. There was coffee available for me every morning, which is a plus for me……

“We had a great two night stay at the Bungalow. It was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood, near nice eating places and a coffee shop within walking distance. We used the front porch both days to sit, relax, and wind down after a day of hiking. Our pets were comfortable and enjoyed the yard. Our hosts were very quick to answer our questions and to help in any way. Highly recommend.”

“My family had an amazing stay! The house was spotless, the beds were super comfortable, the decor and furnishings were perfect, and check-in was seamless. Melinda was very responsive and gave a list of great local recommendations and things to do in the area (we rented the house for family, so this was not necessary for us, but great for out of town guests). Would definitely rent for family to stay again!”
