“超級差勁的飯店，整體給人的感覺糟透了。我們下午三點check-in的時候，給我們的房間居然還沒準備好，我們拿著房卡到了房間，還看到清潔人員在整理浴室，床單沒鋪好，枕頭套也沒套上。櫃檯人員也沒幫我們換房間，叫我們拖著行李站在走廊等候。進去房間之後，發現枕頭套上面有頭髮，浴室的沐浴乳也沒了，還好我們有自己帶沐浴乳。當天巴黎很熱，房間的空調是壞的，我們向櫃檯反應，第一次他說應該可以了，但是其實空調還是沒動靜。我又向櫃檯反應第二次，並要求換房間，結果櫃檯人員口氣很差，吼我並且說沒辦法，因為房間都是滿的，我們就只能繼續忍受高溫直到半夜才睡著。這真的是一個糟透了的經驗，以後我們再也不會來住這一家飯店了！ A Terrible Hotel Experience This was a horribly disappointing hotel — the overall experience was awful. When we checked in at 3 PM, our room wasn’t even ready. We went to the room with our key card……

"除了地點好以外沒有任何優點。提前到要收early check in費用（提前3小時收20歐元，2小時15歐元1小時10歐元），寄行李一件5歐元。住宿四晚沒有一天來整理房間（要求整理要收15歐元），房間極小行李箱幾乎打不開，連吹風機都沒有，要去櫃檯借。早餐沒有任何熱食，只有咖啡跟熱水。太晚去吃（8點出頭）很多盤都空了也不積極補食物。 總之，這是一間打著環保減碳而完全無任何服務的酒店，跟飯店名稱Easy很符合，但房價一點都不Easy…."
