“Actually this is not a hotel, just providing a bed room only. The air conditioning is not cool enough, maybe that’s only a Fan. The room only provides very basic equipment such as towels, hair dryer, and bed ONLY. Also even I set the room do not disturb, the staff still get into the room without noticing me.”

“The property is nice. It’s perfect if you are planning to be at Disney the whole time. If not, it is about an hour to and from the city. You first have to take the shuttle to Disney and then switch to the train. My only complaints are that the AC/fan doesn’t work well. We got warm at night. And the pool has odd hours (11-1 and then 2-7) And no one is keeping an eye on the slide. My son went down and an adult came down too soon after, which resulted in him running into him. The staff is very……

“We stayed at this hotel during our family trip and had a pleasant experience overall. The reception staff were friendly, helpful, and willing to answer all of our questions. This made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. There is also a water station on the ground floor where guests can refill their bottles at any time, which was very convenient. Our daughter was delighted to find free sweets available for children. The family room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. One of the……

“They didnt give me the room what i had had ordered and have not refund me the different.”
