“The shuttle took an hour to arrive at the airport. I had friends waiting at the hotel for us. They said they saw the shuttle van pull in with guests. The driver waited there for 20 minutes before departing to pick us up. When I originally called the receptionist, she said that I had to be at the curbside ready to go. I was. It was a long wait!
