“Me and my family arrived at 1 pm a little earlier than expected and they told us our rooms would be ready at 2. We went and ran some errands and came back at 2 and they let us check into one of our rooms but the other still needed 10 more minutes to be cleaned. Mind you by this time they had already assigned us a room key. We waited around 10 minutes, nothing, those 10 minutes turned into an hour and half. We were not able to go up to our room till 3:40 pm. “multiple cockroaches are everywhere in my room. Best estimates I would say I have seen 10-15. They are small, moving around fast. They went into my food so I have to trash it. Such a nasty hotel room is a symbol of, I don’t know what to say precisely, nightmare. I hardly recall I had this kind of room experience before. The breakfast is most nothing. Building is old. ”
